Return & Refund Policy

At QT, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Beverages (QT Cans)

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all sales of QT beverages are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on cans once they have been delivered.

Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or leaking
  • The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@qtdrink.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Merchandise (T-Shirts)

We accept returns for QT T-shirts under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact info@qtdrink.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • An exchange, depending on your preference

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or consumed beverages
  • Worn or damaged merchandise (unless due to a defect)
  • Items returned outside the specified return window

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return conditions outlined above.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.

We can't guarantee a delivery date on pre-ordered products.
